Forms Processing

  • Capturing of document data with OCR/ ICR/ OMR
  • Repairing captured data
  • Validating captured data
  • Data, Image & 2D Barcode processing from structured & unstructured documents.
  • To make the processed data available in preferred customer specific format (ASCII, XML, CSV or any other)

 

Quality Assurance Policy

Quality Objective: up to 99.995 % accuracy per field

An internal record is maintained on % of verification errors (physical as well as program-detected)

Our Supervisors maintain Check / Edit List and Exception List of all Input batches. Traces of correction are verified by the Quality Reviewer with random inspection of data based on such lists.
